Course Description
Painting 2: Prerequisite: Painting 1, Class fee required.
This is an introductory course to basic oil painting techniques that build from the color concepts taught in Painting 1. Students will learn the skills to paint from observation, to accurately identify and mix color, to create the illusion of depth and realistic form, as well as composition strategies.
