Students will go to surveys.panoramaed.com/utahjordan
- Students can take surveys on any internet-connected device (e.g. Chromebook, tablet, smartphone)
Students enter their Student ID as their access code. Students will then see the surveys they need to take. Their name and school name will appear.
Students need to click the blue “Submit” button when they finish their survey. If they do not click this, their responses will not be saved.
