Transcript Requests
Transcript Requests for Current and Former Students
- Transcripts are processed electronically through the Parchment website.
- To get started, click on the Transcript Request link below.
First Time Users
Students will need to create a Parchment account before placing an order.
- Students who have not previously created a Parchment account, received an email from the Jordan School District with their Parchment registration code at the end of September.
- This code is required to create and link your learner account with your transcript.
- Accounts must be created using the student's district email and personal information only (name and date of birth). Parent/Guardian information should not be used when creating the learner account.
- Make sure to add a personal email to your account settings to prevent being locked out after graduation.
Sending Transcripts
From Parchment, Students may securely send transcripts to:
- Colleges & Universities
- Scholarship Programs
- NCAA / NAIA Eligibility Centers
- Employers or Personal Copies
12th Grade Information
- Seniors must order their final transcript to be sent to the college they plan to attend after graduation.
- When ordering, select "Hold for Final Grades" so your graduation date is included.
- Be sure a personal email address is added to your Parchment account to maintain access after graduation.
- Student district emails are disabled after graduation.
Pricing*
- For current students, transcript orders are free until July 31st of their graduation year.
- Alumni (former students) will be charged $5.05 for each electronic transcript request.
- All requests sent via mail will be charged an additional $2.95 + applicable tax.

General Transcript Information
Please plan ahead.
- Transcripts are processed each day by 2:30pm.
- Transcripts ordered after 2:30pm will be processed the following day.
- Transcript orders are not processed on weekends, holiday, or during school breaks.

Report Cards / Grades
Currently enrolled students may access grades and copies of past report cards through Skyward.
Once logged into Skyward:
- Select report cards from the left hand menu
- View and print report cards as needed
Record Requests from other Institutions
Schools needing records sent for enrollment purposes should email their requests to [email protected].
