Varsity & JV players will be split into 2 groups: offense & defense. One group will be in the weight room to train while the other group is on the field for practice, drills, and conditioning. Groups will trade places about halfway through the time slot. This day is require HEAT ACCLIMATIZATION in preparation for our padded summer camp.
